Booking, Reservations and Cancellations

• Minimum age to book for all properties: 25 years old.
• Guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement and send a copy of his/her driver’s license within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
• Payment of 100% of the total booking fee is required upfront at the time of booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.
• Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
• We’ll do our best to accommodate any reservation change requests, however can’t make any guarantees. Changes to reservations may also result in rate changes.
• In the outside chance that we must cancel a reservation, you will be informed immediately and offered alternate dates or a full refund.

Noise & Obligations to Neighbors

• Absolutely no parties or events.
• Quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM everyday.

LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental house is privately owned.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

All activities involve certain inherent risks of  injury up to/and including death. It is expressly understood and agreed that neither the owner nor the security company of this premises, shall be liable for any damages or injury to guests, guest’s guest or their family/families or to any of their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy or use of the premises by the said occupants. It is also understood that the owner is not responsible for weather or weather-related accidents, acts of God, or surrounding property’s guests. Owner cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by these or other factors outside of our control.
