This highly desirable Colorado vacation rental is located in a PRIME Grand Junction neighborhood just a short driving distance from Colorado Mesa University (CMU), SCL Health St. Mary’s, the CO National Monument, Palisade wine vineyards, Palisade peaches or fresh produce farms, the Grand Mesa, tons of hiking, biking, golfing, and locally acclaimed dining & shopping.
When you are not out enjoying the local fun-packed attractions of Grand Junction, be sure to explore the amenity-filled backyard at our luxury Colorado vacation rental offering a hot tub, fire pit seating circle, full dining table under a shaded gazebo, propane grill, giant chess-game, lounging couches, and a beautiful view of the Mesa County natural skyline.
There is a small park directly outside the front door and a 110-acre recreation space just a short walk down the block. Canyon View Park recreation space has lighted baseball/softball diamonds, lighted basketball/tennis/horseshoe courts, dog parks, an inline skating rink, open space ponds, picnic tables, paved walking paths, and a kid-friendly (handicap friendly) playground with tons of equipment and zip lines! Open to the public!
Back at home, the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room seats 12 and has everything you’ll need to enjoy a gourmet meal!
There are TVs in every bedroom and in the living room. High speed internet. A laundry room with a full-sized washer/dryer is available for your use.
Free private parking at this Colorado vacation rental in the two-car garage and private driveway.
We are local and available if you need anything but do NOT live on site, so you will have the home to yourself. FYI, we have a Ring camera at the front door, which records audio/visual 24 hours a day. This is for your safety and ours. There is no recording inside the home.
LIABILITY NOTICE: This home is privately owned. It is located inside a NO SMOKING community which means smoking of any substance (cigarettes, marijuana, vape, etc.) is NOT allowed inside or outside of the home. If you must smoke, please venture off the property. This is an HOA rule, and any violations of this rule may result in immediate eviction and/or imposing fines.
A security Deposit of $300.00 will be collected.
